Privacy notice

This notice describes how the JHAA platform works today. Final wording is pending approval by the JHAA committee.

What we hold

JHAA keeps a member register (member ID, name, department, session and the contact details members have given the Association). Reunion registrations add the invoice email and contact number you enter, and a record of your payment.

What the public can see

The reunion lookup shows only member ID, full name, department and session so that you can recognise your own record. Mobile numbers, email addresses, addresses and payment history are never shown publicly, and searches are rate-limited to prevent bulk copying.

Payments

Card and mobile-banking details are entered only on ShurjoPay's secure page. JHAA never receives or stores them.
